The good and the bad.

I had to go today to the doctor and then meet Claudia to go with her to her doctor. The bad: none of this happened. It seems that my appointment was in another day. So I went to the doctor and I had no appointment. The good: But while I waited, I received a message from Carolina. Do you mind if we arrive to your house at 8:30 pm instead of 8? Only then did I remember that I had invited Carolina with her boyfriend. I went to the nearby farmer´s market and bought a big piece of meat to be broiled. I arrived at Claudia´s appointment early so I called Leticia to dice onions, carrots and peel a couple of garlic cloves. The bad: Claudia arrived soon and she discovered that the doctor had put off his appointments. The secretary said that they had tried to reach her, but that she had not answered the phone. Claudia counted to 10 and then told me that since she was working as a Minister in the Court of Appeals, she turned off her phone. Of course, I said. But they could have written a message. The good: Juan Pablo´s worker fixed the upstairs water heater (spending a small amount of money) and now I will be able to shower upstairs.
