Happy May 1 to all workers on this very special day!
We celebrate Labor Day on this day to give recognition to the workingmen, particularly those in the construction sites, factories, services, etc. who toil each day.
It is but fitting to recognize their valuable contribution to our daily lives and to the economy in general.
We say "Mabuhay!" (long live) the working class!

@jobelbojel Except the United States that celebrates the 1st Monday of September, almost all countries celebrate the 1st of May.

our mayday goes to the first monday in May which lands on the 5th this year which is a national bank holiday

It is interesting to know you are celebrating it in September. Anyway, it does not matter whether it is being celebrated in such a month or another, as long as we show tribute to them.
