Do you follow any diet?

I am trying to eat healthy. I bought a blender and I make smoothies. I add seeds, bananas, almonds, nuts. I am trying to follow a diet which will make me gain weight. But my diet is dairy free and high protein. Maybe this is why I am underweight. Do you follow any kind of diet? If yes, which one?

Proteins in excess are discarded by the body, you will never gain weight eating proteins only.

@dya80dya If you eat sweets, bread and potatoes you should gain weight. My husband cannot gain weight because he is over stressed all the time.

I am not eating only proteins, but I eat meat at each meal. I also eat mashed potatoes, bread, sweets.

I only avoid foods that are too sweet, vegetables or fruits is important and also reduce the portion of my rice.

@dya80dya Do you feel any relief after exercising? Nah I've never been to a gym. Don't really feel comfortable working out in front of people. Would rather to it at home.

@VivaLaDani13 Yes, I feel relaxed after exercising. But it makes me tired and exhausted. I feel I don't have energy to exercise anymore. I also do exercises at home.

Are you allergic to dairy products? I don't follow any specific diet but strictly eat veg dishes (without onion and garlic) twice a week

@dya80dya I have learned for me that diets do not work. So, I decided to give up things and now I just eat two meals a day but mine is to loose weight and not gain it. I do exercises and try and do walking too. I have always had the opposite problem all my life that I was fat off and on and would gain the weight back after losing it. Now, I eat less.

I try to eat a low carb diet....I try to follow the keto diet, but do more of a carnivore diet.

@dya80dya I think carnivore is a good diet if you can make the meats taste good. I have problems with my teeth, but not from the diet lol. I don't know that I have ever been checked for calcium levels. I still get lots of cheese though...so I don't stick to carnivore 100%
