Oh Carol that looks yummy. I hope you enjoyed your meal. I had spaghetti, beans,and chopped mortadella which I fried a little with some oil, I accompained my meal drinking a delicious mango juice. My meals aren't as fancy as yours, but yours looks fabulous. Hugs.

We had a few left over fish from yesterday with stewed potatoes. I fried corn bread and that was it. Your chicken strips look so good...how do you fix them?
