Isn't this the most adorable image of a village street. I got it from Pixabay. The bright coloring and the artist drawing just drew me in.
See the little table outside the Bistro? I can just image myself sitting there with a friend or two enjoying a delicious cup of coffee. What a thrill that would be.
I would love to live in a little village where everyone knew everyone and the little shops were opened up to the sidewalk for all to enjoy.
As a matter of fact, I would love to have this image blown up and framed for my kitchen? What do you think of when you gaze at this image?

This isn't my kind of art but when you mention bistro I think of those places mom used to take us to when I was a kid and we lived in Germany. We'd take the train to Frankfurt and go to a church there then she'd buy us an ice cream and we'd sit at a table outside, I didn't think much of it at the time but now I can see why it appealed to her.

I think of a small town where everyone is friendly; and everyone knows everyone else.
