Loaded Baked Potato for Dinner

Today has been a beautiful day with lots of sunshine. The temperatures are starting to get warm. 80s are warm in my opinion. The humidity is also going up. A little harder to breathe outside now. And they will only go up from here. Nothing I can do about it. That time of the year. Dinners will be lighter now through the summer. A loaded baked potato is on the menu for tonight's dinner. I like it loaded. Butter, sour cream, cheese, green onion (finely chopped), or chives, and if I have bacon I will add it. Dinner plans for you?

Last night after I got home we shopped and ate out. We should not have, hubby was not that hungry. I love a potato as my "fast food" and I will in fact probably do a loaded potato for my work lunch tomorrow.

mmmm it's been a while since I had a loaded baked potato it's been a weird emotional day, so I needed something to cheer me up. I made a grilled cheese and tomato soup :)

I always try to avoid potato as much as I can.But our items mostly consists of potatoes. No plan for today's dinner. I am sure you will going to enjoy your dinner.
