Yesterday, I had my hair done, finally. Today, my friend took my picture for the back cover copy of my book. I showed off my new do to the gals in the office who just love it. They were surprised I didn't color or highlight my hair. It's only cut/trimmed. It's longer in the back than it has been in a very long time. It's also a bit longer on the top.
So, it's a new style and one I absolutely love. And I'm smiling. I put in my teeth for this picture. I wanted it perfect as I really don't like pictures where I don't smile. Now, I only need to send this to my publisher.
This was taken at the ADRC in front of the fireplace.

! I do need to get my hair cut as it's grown out. Last summer I discovered an asymmetrical hair cut that works well for me - and I don't color my hair at all either.

You look very nice. Love the hairstyle. I usually just trim my own hair and I have stopped coloring it and I am now waiting to see if my hair will become as white as my grandmother's hair was.

@RasmaSandra Thank you. I wish I could trim my own hair, but the scissors were taken from me many years ago and they refuse to give it back except to use for making clothes or other arts and crafts. So, I must abide by their ruling.

@responsiveme Thank you. I really didn't think I would go long again, but this is attractive. I'm glad I couldn't get to the salon for the past three months. This is worth it.
