Three Was The Charm

Now don`t pass out from shock but I took the day off.
I sat at the computer this morning and wrote, something I love to do.
Next I took a 2 hour nap.
When I woke, Tony was up and feeling much better.
I have wanted lumber to make something so I asked did he wanna go, he did and even wanted to drive, so I let him.
While out he asked me to go ahead and get lumber for the old home place.
I went to Lowe`s on Oxford, I could not find what I wanted so I asked and was "told" where but got no help, I left.
Home depot is only a couple miles down, I asked and got help, they did not have what I needed.
To Lowe`s across town.
Tony went in, using a wheelchair, and I found what I needed but it was blocked by loads of stuff. I went to the contractor desk and asked for help, the man came and helped me, Plus I bought all their culls in that size, 24 for $1 each, saving me around $40. Many of them are just discolored or has a chipped corner.
Now I have enough to do two projects, maybe three. I stacked it and now its ready for me, probably tomorrow.
God did answer a prayer.

It was one of those days when you are happy you got up and took a shower. I was not feeling well. I did get a lot of sleep as I sleep and also took a midday nap.

I have found Lowe's to be more helpful than Home Depot in the past. I know, if you had not gone to Lowe's you would not have found the culls. Reminds me of my son-in-law. He will buy scratch and dent and save hundreds of dollars on good appliances.

I spent most of the day in the car, heading to three different DC locations. (14 hour day, 9 of it actually driving in the parking lot that is dc traffic.
