Don't Feel Like Cooking / myLot

It's almost dinner time here and my daughter should be home from work fairly soon. I don't really feel like cooking so I'm making her a hamburger and I'm having some leftover corned beef hash. On the side it's tater tots and broccoli. The tots are in the oven, the burger is on the grill and the broccoli is a steam bag that goes in the microwave. It's a lazy mans dinner tonight. I think it took me longer to make the dogs their dinner tonight

Sometimes a lazyman's dinner is the perfect thing. I made stuffed peppers tonight.

@Marilynda1225 They came out good too, I used a rice a roni beef rice mix for the rice and a jar of Prego sauce, but I had yellow, red and green peppers.

There are days that I don't feel like cooking too but I always have soup at home and we eat it and a sandwich those days.

Good for you, you deserve a break today! I like to cook, but when it is hot, or I am just cooking for myself..it's easier just to grab something already prepared or put minimal work into it. Tonight I had a salad kit..it was super healthy..and I didn't have to tear up all the lettuce or cut up the veggies.

I'm even lazier, I'm having rye bread with cream cheese, guacamole and frozen strawberries for desert ..... hmmmm, maybe I'll heat some tater soup, but I'm not sure I want anything hot to eat. It's 85(f) out.
