Tuna Sandwich for Dinner

Having a tuna fish sandwich for dinner. With chips on the side. Another light meal for tonight. When it is hot, I eat light. Sandwiches are good and filling. Especially a tuna sandwich with a fresh tomato and lettuce.
Sometimes I toast my bread, other times not. I have added a slice of cheese and melted in the microwave for a few seconds. Just enough to melt the cheese. Then you have a tuna melt. But you need to do that without the lettuce and tomato.

Dinner plans? Saturday night plans anyone?

As a matter of fact I have going to have tuna and put vegetables in it for my Sabbath this week coming up. I am having less because Saturday night after our Sabbath is over is a Jewish Holiday so I will not be on the computer on Sunday at all. This is a link to give you an idea what this holiday is about:

Tuna melts are good! I always enjoy those. Lately I just have a bowl of tuna though, or a low carb tuna wrap.

I had another blue cheeseburger since it was so good yesterday, and some corn on the cob. Nothing exciting tonight.

Jay took me out for a steak sandwich, with chips on the side. I'd much rather have tuna fish, with lettuce, tomato, and a slice of melted cheese!

@CarolDM When we got to the restaurant, there was standing room only! Then I realized, most of them were take-out orders. As soon as they seated us in a far corner, the place was starting to clear out:) I joked with the waitress, 'Did we make everyone else leave?' We spotted two other girls hustling around, to clear off three big tables. Our meal was wonderful!

you are a woman after my own heart simple but deliscous i love me a good tuna fish sandwich.
