Do you use the checklist option on your iPhone Notes app?

If you have an iPhone, as long as it's not ancient, and you press hard on an app a menu comes up with things you can do. I did that recently with the Notes app and there is an option to create a checklist. It doesn't seem to be available when you just go into the Notes app.
I had no idea this was available. That's a great discovery. Now I don't have to write my shopping list down on paper. I can create one on my phone and when I put an item from the list in my shopping cart I can just put a check mark next to that item to let me know I've already placed it in my cart. No need to rip the paper next to the item I got to let me know it's in my cart, as I used to do before.
Did you know about this option? Do you use it?

Which phone do you have? Sometimes I look in my bag for my phone but can't find it. I start to think I've lost it but it's in the bag. After some rummaging I end up finding it.

Mine is 6S and it has that feature. Not sure if older versions have it or not.

I don't have a Smartphone. I have an old flip phone. Don't remember the last time I used it! lol

@LindaOHio Yeah I can imagine. Not everyone can handle a smartphone. Too complicated.

@lovebuglena Oh, yeah! You can still get them new if you want. Consumer Cellular and Jitterbug offer a special flip phone just for seniors (oldies like me). A lot of people my age don't want to mess with a Smartphone. Not all, but a lot.

I do not have an iphone. But my phone does have a provision of creating a check list with a reminder and I use it very often.
