Such A cool article. I have a architecture friend that I might share this with. I'm also pinning it.
As far as owning the house it's a cool idea but I'm thinking paying to replace the roof would be more expensive than most.

@celticeagle I like the house and if I lived in California i'd go see it in person. He did a great job with the remodel although those hallways looks skinny
