I feel like a boring person today

The weather was "heavy" most of the day and finally turned into serious cloud bursts. It certainly makes the grass grow.
I guess I can always talk about the weather, and how boring it is.
While I was at Dollar General after my appointment I got the call back about the job. There are three positions open, and I told her the order of my preferences. There is a new type of position opening this year. I will tell you about it if it is the one I get.
The new position would be both a challenge and a commitment. It will be up to a specialist to decide if she would like to hire me, if I am suited. This position would be with a visually impaired child and that is all I am saying for now. I would have to learn a new skill but I have worked with the visually impaired in the past.
I have not had any strange wild life make appearances today. Just the birds around my flowers.

I will be content with any of the three jobs, but I do seriously love learning new things.

I really love working with the various students, either one on one, or in group settings.

Good luck with your job. I do hope you get it. It sounds good. I have worked with visually impaired people for a while now, and I previously worked with children although I don't think I've worked with visually impaired children!
It is good to be challenged. I must admit that my job gets boring. I've been looking around, even though I've only been here about 18 months. Still, it's longer than most jobs I have had! I'd like to settle in one place but I have found that rather difficult!

Your experience sounds like mine. I have worked with visually impaired people, and been friends with some visually impaired people. This would be starting at square one as the child will be coming into kindergarden--that is 5 and 6 year olds. They would want a commitment to follow that child through grade 5, in other words for six years. That would be the longest for me in ages.

At this point, I am happy I did not ruin my chances leaving last year. I enjoy working in the schools because there are enough breaks to keep me sane.

I will be given one of three positions. That is certain. We have all kinds of birds visit, snakes, possums, armadillos, deer, fox, coyotes, deer all seen here from my front window.

This sounds an interesting job, pretty demanding, but surely interesting.
