I confess that For me it much depends on the subject. There are long posts that catch my attention while otters don“t say much whatever the length. It also happens when I am talking to someone. There are those people that while whey talk you say when will they finih while others that you want to listen to for hours. What are your thoughts about this?

It depends more by the writer. Some writers keep you interested from the first word up to the end, but some should keep their posts short.

@marguicha If there is something to say, it is different, but some users write walls of text to say nothing.

Small posts seem to be more successful. I find myself shying away from very long ones.

I prefer shorter posts, just to save time. Just a few sentences and I'm good with that.

@marguicha yup, that's another issue. For me the ideal length for a post is five sentences. Just the right length for reading.

I like interesting posts be it long or short I do not mind. Yes some one line posts do not leave much to respond or comment.

I don't really mind depending on how interesting they are. I don't always appreciate having to watch a YouTube clip simply because of the time involved.

Hmm both. I want a long posts especially when it's motivational posts or very important post that could help me/ something that I can learn. Short posts also because sometimes I'm lazy to read a very long posts

depends on subject, but anyway i prefer shorter posts. if you want to say something and know exactly what you want to say and what's important, there's no need to write long posts. maybe if you're explaining something, but even in that case, it's better if you summarize it.

It seems people seem to gravitate toward shorter posts more. For me it doesn't really matter. If the subject matter interests me I will read long posts.

Me, I use the library internet computers so I like short posts. I read them and quickly reply and can go on to the next post right away. You could get more money if you post more so the long post can be broken into 3 different posts I feel any you get more money and we have more to reply to. But to each their own.
