Hot, Sunny and a Birthday

Happy Wednesday Everyone! it's hot and sunny here in my little corner of the myLot world today. The lawn company is here doing the mowing so it's a bit on the noisy side. My morning coffee was inside rather than outside due to the noise.
Today seems to be flying by. I've already had my coffee and breakfast and now my daughter and I are playing the "what are we going to have for dinner" game.
I hate when I don't have a plan in place and have to decide what to cook with what we have on hand especially when something needs to be defrosted.
Anyway, today is my youngest granddaughters birthday...she's 10!! I called her this morning and she is beyond excited. Her friends were coming over for a party and her mom baked a cake. We'll do a family party over the weekend so she's lucky that she gets to celebrate twice.
That ends the June birthdays in our family and then wham we get hit with three more in July.
Can't say there's much else happening here today but I'm happy that the sun is shining.

No more babies in our family. All the grandkids are getting older and time is flying by
I just hate the dinner dance too even though we have plenty to choose from. It's just a matter of making a decision and defrosting the meat.

OH that was nice for her to get a phone call and even to get a double birthday celebration. My grand daughter was 9 on Sunday. They had a party at the swimming pool.I paid for them to have the party but I did not go!

Wow our granddaughters are close in age!
I wouldn't want to be around a bunch of squeeling girls so I'm glad our family party will be a bit tame.
It was nice of you to provide a pool party for your granddaughter birthday

Aw, happy birthday to your granddaughter!! =) I hope she has a wonderful time.
I have no idea what we are eating here for dinner either...the last two days I had a plan but not so much today. Lol.
I am posting about a new photo session to benefit the homeless, asking for costume/gown donations. Hopefully I will get some responses! =) Have a lovely day.

It's gotten hot here so we're looking for lighter meals. I would be happy not having to cook

I'm hoping for a laid back day so I can get the notifications caught up and work on a book. Happy Birthday to your granddaughter. Ten is an exciting birthday. I'm glad she's having friends over to celebrate.
I have a birthday to remember on the 30th. My son-in-law, though I don't know how old he is, except he's a tad younger than my daughter, but not by much.

I have a birthday coming up in July and it is also my brother and sister's birthday (they're twins) on the same day. So every time I have a birthday I have to buy two presents. 
But it's okay really.
