Coming to a Close

My day here is finished. I have spent a lovely afternoon with all of you. Now, it's time for me to get something to eat and work on a book, maybe.
I need to get away from the computer, so I will not eat at the computer this time, but at a table. Imagine that. A real table. I have three of them, I should at least use one of them to eat at.
With not going to the pool tomorrow, I plan on staying up later, so I can get more work done on a book or I might due to the time, watch TV.

One is my grandparent's table I got after they passed. One belonged to my parents that my sister gave me after I moved in here, totally unexpected, but it really helps as I use it as an extra counter in the kitchen. Both are drop leaf. The third is an 8' folding table I got for entertaining for holidays and the small group meetings I have here. That one gets neatly tucked out of the way. I just took a picture of Grandma's table. You can see the folded table behind it.

I got on the treadmill a little earlier this afternoon so I could spend the afternoon by the pool. My daughters were both out there, but then they up and went out shopping together and I was poolside alone. I was not amused but I got some reading in, some sunning and some swimming (a little more exercise). Watched Big Brother tonight and am now watching the Blue Jays against Boston right now.
No, I have not gotten to my editing yet.

@just4him Funny thing about exercise and fibromyalgia... they say swimming is the best for you because you are in the water and buoyant. I woke up early this morning in a lot of pain that I felt was from my leg kicking. Pain in my hip area and down. Not going to stop though.

Several months, and most times several years as I don't write it beginning to end, but it stalls at several points and I work on others in the meantime.

Haha. Your eyes need to rest. And eating at a real table is more comfortable. I am getting ready to log off the computer. Eyes are tired.

@just4him Thanks. I was home the whole day. Hubby came home from work after 9 pm last night and on his day off no less. I was not happy about that.

My Wednesday was good going to see a foot doctor who is treating a foot injury that requires me to wear a special shoe to support the arch of my left foot.

That sounds like a lovely evening. I am trying to get ahead of my work so I can spend the rest of the week working on my webcomic and hopefully my graphic novel.
