Because you don’t get a lot of responses, you block members?

As I was busy interacting and responding to discussions under the Recent Discussions, I found out that one member blocked me. Why I know? Because I can’t respond to his post. This guy is a member here and been here with myLot a long time. I checked his Profile and his discussions and based on what I’ve seen, he doesn’t have a lot of responses. No wonder. This guy is bitter.
I didn’t even come to interact with him because he never been in to my post. And I know some members knows him. Well, it’s his choice to block member whom he doens’t like.

@JustBhem Judging from how you've described this person and from what other people are saying in this post, I am 99% sure who you are talking about. If it's who I believe it is and he blocked you, good chance there was a reason. And a very pathetic reason too.
And yep, again if this is the same person, I can see the very little responses he is getting now. But he doesn't realise that it's because he is being very rude and irrational towards people here.

@JustBhem lol yep! We are definitely talking about the same person. It's really pathetic! I used to feel sorry for him and want to help him but now I just feel sorry and awful for his family for his behaviour. He needs mental help! I don't mean that in a funny way. Like he REALLY needs mental help for his sake and others around him. I'm sorry you're another victim. Believe me when his victim list is long!

It could be accidental.
I have been blocked, but no biggie. In general I don't block anyone just I select what I want to comment on or not.

Life's too short to block someone on myLot No point because the post will still show. If blocking, erased the person completely from seeing their stuff or something then I could see that happening.

I have blocked people, and people have blocked me. I could care less if I am blocked. There are far too many other interesting people here to interact with that it really does not matter to me. But certainly if this guy is blocking a lot of people, that will be to his own detriment.

@JustBhem It's just like in the real world. You can't expect that everyone is going to like you, so you just focus on what is and let others do what they want. Just too much important to worry about it. That all aside, I have blocked people and then unblocked them eventually. Although it is rare I will block someone. Usually it's for extreme political viewpoints or woe-is-me folks.
