Oops, out of order

MyLot is going to act as my written journal, so I can keep everything straight. We did not go to the zoo until Monday!
On Saturday we went to this park. It was near a lake, and had lots of places to reserve for picnics and parties. We must have seen five birthday parties in and around.
We also explored some of the nature trails around the park.
There were lots of things to climb on and explore and do. It made a great experience in the outdoors for us. There were shady places to sit and watch as well.
The kids enjoyed going up in a tower like structure and using a telescope to spy on us.
Now I have my days in order. Friday, crafts; Saturday, park; Sunday, Church and lake; Monday, zoo; Tuesday was our travel day, going to Crystal Falls, Michigan for Bob's reunion. We actually stayed in Iron Mountain. Both are in the upper peninsula of Michigan.
Now I have myself in order. It is time to go fix a homemade breakfast.

i aint sayin' a word coz when the daughter called to tell me 'f a doc's 'ppointment 'f 'ers 'n i went to pen such'n my calendar, 'twas still'n march :) i know when friday comes 's the hubs 'tis usually home from work early. i know when monday'd be coz 'tis nice 'n quiet with him 't work. outside 'f that, the rest 'f the days 're jest days.

I just freaked out and told hubby our car tags are expired, they are not. He paid them and our property tax with income tax money. I get confused myself. I have a notebook, or two or three with appointments in them for hubs and me and my sister.

@crazyhorseladycx Hubby is still the one going the most, but it is really just follow ups, trying to get him back healthy. My other problem is I would prefer them to be on days that school is not in session, so I do not have to start using my sick days and personal days up immediately. I think I succeeded.

Oh, I am home recuperating a little and being a social butterfly. Going on a short trip this coming weekend to sit with my dad so my brother and his wife can get away.

@HazySue I really think that mostly my life is rather mundane. I try to visit dad at least once a month, because he is all I have left. . . I cannot imagine not helping out now that I can again.

It was so good to see my husband feeling well enough to do these things and to travel. I think it was time for a vacation.

@GardenGerty We are going nowhere, but we are doing some shorts trips not far from home. There are so many interesting places to visit around the two closest lakes.

This park makes the children enjoy everything and I miss parks actually also.My breakfast is always a homemade because I am the cook in the house.

At the hotel they served a continental breakfast. At my daughter's everyone just had kind of light breakfast. I missed my own meals.
