Amazon Prime Days

Today and tomorrow are Amazing Prime days. Kind of like Black Friday sale at Christmas perhaps. I have heard this all over the news and internet for weeks now. I have also seen WalMart and other stores doing the same thing, all about competition. Personally I don't shop at Amazon any more. I have found better prices elsewhere and I was insulted when many of the items I would start to order only showed the Prime price. I do not order enough to pay a membership for a website. It may work for some but not for me. Any Amazon Prime members out there? If so you might find some good deals today and tomorrow. Happy shopping!

@CarolDM I like using it, and I have Smile which is a fundraiser that helps organizations. I have it for my church for their fundraisers when I shop there.

the aunt 's prime 'n added me to such. 'tis rare i make purchases 'n when i do, most oft 'tis horse related schtuff i can get cheaper elsewhere. that bein' said, i might go see if'n i can get a deal'n a camera from amazon, lol.

@CarolDM the aunt bought somethin' 't walmart.com ('n air fryer, if'n i'm recallin' correctly?) 'n the danged thingied not work. walmart'd not honor 't 'n she'd hades with the true seller. i hope ya don't run 'nto those sort'a troubles. i reckon i ought'a quick procrastinatin', check'n see what sort'a deal they might've'n that camera, lol.

I really buy there, mostly at WalMart.com lately. A camera, I would check out at Amazon.

I am not a member...but in India also we have prime sales on tese two days ...i would be interestee in ordering some medical books if getting at some discounts!

I didn’t se anything I wanted to get but I prefer the Christmas sales that amazon does have just nothing right now is screaming me st me we should get now.

I'm a prime member and order a lot of things from Amazon. I haven't looked for any deals today but maybe I should? I always price check before buying from Amazon and if I can find what I'm looking for at a cheaper price somewhere else then I'll buy it at the cheaper price.

@CarolDM I have ordered from Walmart online and it's a blessing to have my items arrive at my door rather than have to actually to into the store. Our Walmart here is always crowded and parking can be a nightmare.

I order things like paper towels and other paper products in bulk and have them delivered at no charge. And I order cat food online.

I search a lot on line when I'm looking for something and a few times, Amazon had what I wanted at the best price. But when you add shipping, it's not always the best. I don't have Prime because, like you said, I don't buy enough to make it worth a year's membership. But what really bugs me is lately I couldn't even buy an item because you had to be a Prime member to even order it! It's called Prime Pantry or Pantry Prime.

I love Amazon but I do not shop enough to pay so much for that. I think it is a neat little thing though. Summer sales are so nice.
