Today at my therapy appointment, I was given a lot of new supplies

Today the two therapist for my arm and hand told me that today was the last appointment, until I see the doctor on August 8th., I had had eight therapy appoints, since last visit with the plastic surgeon. The reason for the break is because they feel that too much therapy is causing me issues. They would like to know what the doctors next plan is for me and what he does. So I came home, with finger rings, to move my finger and long rubber bands to pull to help my arm and neck. Sadly , two of my fingers have gotten worse, they won't bend. My arm won't raise any higher, and therapy hasn't improved me, so now I sit and wait. I will do the exercises as much as I can. Feeling frustrated, as I wasted my time, for 8 visits, will post pictures later of my exercise supplies.

I'm sorry the therapy didn't work for your hand and arm. Did you have an accident that you needed therapy?

No, this is from last year, when I was shot, I have an old post about it. They predict I should be fully recover next year, Two long years, and I really don't see much improvement.

@CookieMonster46 Wow. God was looking out for you to have been shot in such a manner that it wasn't life-threatening. I'm sorry you were shot at all and sorry the person was never found who did it.

Hang in there--PT usually helps, but it helps slowly--keep doing the exercises--

@CookieMonster46 I have had to do Pt for 2 replaced hips and it really does make a difference in the long run, but in the short run, it feels like the progress is barely noticeable

Doctors are also weird. Sometimes they are cause of patients sicknesses. What's in their mind $$. They should be truthful to their service to people and God to save lives. I hope you'll be fine with the exercise you believe can help you. Just follow what you believe.
