Received My Keto Chow Starter Kit!

I was not expecting it until tomorrow, but the starter kit came today! I am excited to try out these flavors over the next week or so. Tonight I will probably make the chocolate to have for my first meal tomorrow.
I was excited to see the blue lid on the blender bottle too...because you couldn't pick which color you got. I was hoping for blue or purple.
Anyways, I just thought I'd update on that....hope you are all doing great! My blood sugar this morning was 76!

I haven't been following your discussions lately, so I wasn't aware you were doing Keto. Or if I was, I forgot. Are those for smoothies?

That's okay....and I do low carb for sure, not always strict Keto. These are powders for meal replacement shakes...a person could just drink these and get all the nutrition needed in their diet. For now I will be doing it once a day though because of price!

@MommyOfEli2013 I hope they work well for you. I tried Slim Fast once upon a time and it did nothing but made me gain weight.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I think they will since I will be counting the calories...and it is low carb so should keep my sugars low. I am sorry that you tried that and gained weight with it!

It definitely is! I can't wait to try all the flavors (well the 6 I got) and review them....and see how they affect my blood sugars/weight loss.

@kobesbuddy It should, hopefully...it would be a bigger help if I could use it for all three meals a day....but even once a day should be a big improvement (in getting the nutrition I miss from not eating vegetables or fruits).

I don't do a strict keto diet...but I do a very low carb diet...some might call it "dirty keto" or "lazy keto". I will update about it in my daily food/health post!
