My ice cream (gelato) was outrageous!

So easy to make and so delicious. Not that expensive either! It took me a good 7 hours from start to finish (after freezing the ice cream maker insert for 48 hours) but it was worth every minute.
As someone who loves chocolate chip ice cream, I am IN LOVE with this recipe! It is sooooo good! I'm going to bring the rest of it to a family party this weekend so others can enjoy it. I certainly can't and don't want to eat it all.
This is a great recipe to try if you have an ice cream maker!

I don't have one now..I had one but never used it. Any home made ice cream is pretty awesome in my book.

@NJChicaa Plus it doesn't have all those questionable ingredients, the manufacturers add in. Did your husband try it yet?
