Keto Chow Flavor Review -- Strawberry

Hey everyone, hope you are doing well.
I thought I'd review the next flavor of Keto Chow that I tried. I decided to go with Strawberry this time. I decided to mix it with Heavy cream instead of the butter. It was definitely more thick and creamy than when I mixed the chocolate just with the butter.
The strawberry flavor was really good too. Reminds me of the strawberry powder you mix with milk (nesquick).
There wasn't much of an impact on my blood sugar either (and that could have been from the carbs in the Heavy Cream). Fasting it was 102, and two hours after the shake it was 104.
Do you like strawberry shakes? If so, I think you'd like this!

That's good to hear! This was just like adding that stuff to heavy cream except this doesn't have all the sugar!

It is pretty tasty.....if I could only buy one though, it would still be the chocolate.

@porwest I understand it's not for everyone. You could just put milk if you want...But then it wouldn't be Keto, lol!

That's good that you do, they aren't my favorite but they do taste good. Yes, heavy cream is much better for drinking in shakes....but heavy cream does have carbs while butter does not! I do a mixture of the two now.

From the little I tasted, I did like it. If the Keto Chow was less expensive, I might use it more myself.

Yes, I wish it was less expensive. It isn't too bad if you think about price per meal....but paying for the full bag plus shipping can be pricey
