Keto Chow Flavor Review ~ Mocha

Today I decided to try the mocha flavor of Keto. I didn't know if I'd like the flavor, but so far it's my favorite. You get a bit of coffee, and some chocolate flavor. If you like mocha frappes, then you'd probably love this flavor. There are a bit more net carbs, but not a bunch. I mixed mine butter and heavy whipping cream. Yum! How did it affect my blood sugar? Before it was 122 After it went down to 105. So it's still a bit high, but it didn't go up thankfully. Would you try this flavor of Keto Chow?

I think it was good, though (ironically) it didn't go extremely well w/my chocolate brownie.

Yeah, maybe it would have been better if you had it before the brownie. I think it'd make a good ice cream!

Anything that's made with mocha flavoring, I would love it! Your blood sugar still isn't high, 105 is an excellent reading.

@MommyOfEli2013 I have delayed readings at times, from a previous time where I had sugar. If I cheat on one day, my readings are higher the next day. I read about this somewhere, I don't remember where it was though. One day I ate all protein for a meal. My glucose level was high afterwards! The day before, I had eaten sugary foods, with no high readings.

@kobesbuddy It is very strange what the body can do...in regards to blood sugar! Yeah, I think I read that too though...about the delayed blood sugar high...and that is why the morning number can be higher sometimes.

That's good to hear; it was so delicious!!! Yes that is true...it went down rather than up at least. My blood sugar has been doing an odd thing lately. After a meal of JUST pork it went up to 135!! Currently waiting to test after my last meal.
