Weirdest Thing You've Ever Eaten (or Heard of Someone Eating?)

Earlier, I found out about a guy who ate a tarantula. Personally, that's not something I'd even consider trying, but it's not the weirdest "food" I've ever heard of someone eating. The weirdest "food" I ever heard of someone eating was soup w/snake in it.
What's the most, shall we say, exotic food you've ever had (or heard of someone eating?)

Pig eyeballs sounds sick, not sure I'd even try those.

there was a tv show a while back with people with weird habits..this chick on the show was eating the foam out of sofa cushions.
sounds like a good way to die horribly if it doesn't break down in your system.

When I had cable I loved watching Andrew Zimmern on the Travel Channel and his show Bizarre Foods. He's got a lot more nerve than I do!

Depends what you mean by 'weird'. I've eaten bugs - chocolate coated meal worms, chilli coated crickets, etc.
My partner has eaten lots of things including dog meat. The one thing he wouldn't eat was a baby octopus. At the time, he didn't know what it was - he picked it up ready to eat it but then saw its little legs dangling and its little eyes looking up at him, and he couldn't bring himself to eat it.

The exotic food I have eaten is not that exotic after all. I have had Guinea pigs in PerĂº, frogs and ostrich. And when I was very small, whale meat could be had in my country (it was disgusting).
