Yesterday I got into a discussion with a couple of myLot members @SusanZ @TheHorse about surveys. I said I wasn't interested. But I started reading more about the specific site and it sounded worth my while to look into. I checked into a site and signed up.
I got a message at first saying they had no spots available. Today, I received a survey. I made 100 points. I hope this is not against the rules to talk about. I am not mentioning the name of the site. Just sharing some good news. I got the following message once I took the survey. It only took a couple of minutes to complete.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey with E-Poll! You have been credited with 100 points that you can use towards redeeming rewards.
Please keep in mind, this survey was longer than average. We will be contacting you in one week to take the 2nd part of this survey at which time you will be entered into 1 of 4 monthly drawings for $250!
NOTE: Our typical surveys range from 5 to 15 minutes and are usually worth 500 points, plus an entry into our monthly cash drawing.
Thank you to those who told me about the sites, you know who you are!

I only belong to one site these days. I closed all of my accounts on other sites because they were not adding up, but the one that I belong to pays $1, $2 or $3 per survey so it isn't hard to cash out ever couple of months with $20 with very little effort.

I don't like many survey sites because mostly I have found I don't qualify. The two that work great though and do give surveys for me as well is Survey Junkie and Crowdtap. =)

I only do swagbucks surveys. The pay is pretty low though. If a survey pays 75 SB (points) for example that's probably equivalent to like .075 cents if I am not mistaken.

@CarolDM I keep on at it because I can also shop via swagbucks and earn points, and do other things. Helps get to 2500 SB faster. I hate the fact the they always ask what the household income is. Why should that matter?

@lovebuglena The thing that slowed me down with SB is they want me to change my browser to Chrome and I will not. So my earning are cut in half now. But I get the shopping credits too. The income is the kind of personal info I never give.

I didn't tell you about this site, but I'm definitely still a member there. Every survey they offer me, I have gotten credit for completing it! One site gave a long survey and then said Ididnt qualify:(

If you want, you can join my group on Facebook. We talk about all kinds of survey sites. There are a couple of us (me included) who have gotten too old and hardly ever qualify for surveys.

I tend to get lots of tech surveys (I know, shocker right). after awhile I get bored with the survey world and wander away. Then I wander back!
Glad you got accepted and had the chance to get a survey!

I used to do Epoll, it was OK. I don't work on ano of those survey sites too much but one I have as an app and it is pretty good..make about 5 bucks every two weeks, and another is Qmee, I like it because they pay instantly.
