Venezuelans in mylot. / myLot

I have noticed that there are many Venezuelans here that have come these last days. Although we have many Venezuelans in our country which have immigrated lately, I have nothing against them. I am still thankful for what the did, decades ago, when they accepted so many of us when we were fleeing from Pinochet. Still, what I cannot understand here is that several of them don´t write in English, or write part in English and part in Spanish. I would certainly prefer to write in Spanish. It is my native tongue and I can write easier and quicker in Spanish. But I do know that this site is in English. And many of us, mylotters, have the same trouble I have, trying to find the right word or the right spelling. I do wish that mylot would make newbies read the TOS BEFORE they start posting. Can you imagine everyone using their native languages? Babel itself.

I have noticed and unfortunately many of them are only spammers. We should pass a test before joining.

Spammers are awful. I don´t know about technology, but there should be a crib.

If everyone uses their own language, it might be easy for those who understand but we must follow the rules on the site.

It's a shame the genuine people don't read the TOS. I don't know how you can make them unless you make them do a test somehow.

Yea, I think a bunch joined on like Sunday. I have seen a few of them and I think one of them copied and pasted a few older post and repost them as their own.

I am one of those many Venezuelans who have joined the community in recent days, that revolution of Venezuelans, to call it somehow, is because in a group someone recommended this page, saying it was very good and entertaining, that There are good discussions and that you could also make a few cents while sharing with people from different countries, honestly, that comment made by that person did not seem bad, for my part I wanted to experiment with this page and know it, so far I have brought to respect the rules, I think I have expressed myself with respect towards the people with whom I interacted, the language is true, but they are things that can be solved, I do not know, it is my humble opinion. I really liked sharing with you all ... and I hope to continue doing it ...
