Good morning. I had a wonderful workout at the YWCA this morning, pool and fitness center. With what the new tenant said yesterday, I added the bike this morning. No one was in the room to help me figure it out, but I got it when I started pedaling. My time was 20 minutes. I'll need to figure out how to change the time, but it worked out well at 20 minutes. My right knee disagreed at first, but as I got going, even it started working as a knee should. We'll see how that goes tomorrow or later today. At the end of 20 minutes, I had put in 2.3 miles and burned 74 calories. Not bad. Those will be tomorrows numbers when I've calculated all of today's numbers. I also worked on the leg press, leg curl, and ab crunch machines. I toned it down on the leg curl machine.
Yesterday was swimming only. So, here are yesterday's numbers.
Calories: 1205
Sugar: 75.72
Carbs: 133.85
Protein: 48.17
Sodium: 397
Fat: 29.39
Calories burned: 569
Total Calories: 636
I spent 2.5 hours at the Y this morning. It was a good workout and I'm looking forward to it again on Monday.

It is Friday night here right now. 9:30pm. Few things going on here. Just tired but MyLotting for awhile and hopefully sleep soon.

@MommyOfEli2013 It's not used to bending a lot. It was very painful but after about a minute and my not giving up, it started feeling better. My left knee could handle the bending much better.
