Health Report - Day 35

Before I took care of my Housing problem, I went to the Y to swim and work out in the fitness room. I had one of my better days today. It was like I gained my second wind. Yesterday, I felt like I would drop as I left the Y totally exhausted. Not so today. I even have an appointment with the trainer on Monday as I haven't done that yet. Yesterday was a very good day with my numbers. At least I think they're good. Yesterday's numbers. Calories: 1090 Sugar: 41.56 Carbs: 136.08 Protein: 60.91 Sodium: 843 Fat: 34.5 Calories Burned: Swimming - 50 minutes - 569 Bike - 20 minutes - 51 Leg curls - 100 - 98 Leg press - 70 - 47 Ab Crunch - 50 - 98 Total calories burned: 863 Total calories: 227 I decided to show how I'm burning those calories. @just4him It is a nice walk, I do not get too tired. I may walk more during the day if I have some errands.

It's good to see the calories you burned....all of the different exercises add up! I think your numbers look great!
