Before I took care of my Housing problem, I went to the Y to swim and work out in the fitness room. I had one of my better days today. It was like I gained my second wind. Yesterday, I felt like I would drop as I left the Y totally exhausted. Not so today. I even have an appointment with the trainer on Monday as I haven't done that yet.
Yesterday was a very good day with my numbers. At least I think they're good.

Calories Burned:
Swimming - 50 minutes - 569
Bike - 20 minutes - 51
Leg curls - 100 - 98
Leg press - 70 - 47
Ab Crunch - 50 - 98
Total calories burned: 863
Total calories: 227

It's good to see the calories you burned....all of the different exercises add up! I think your numbers look great!
