Grow old together

I always like seeing old couples holding hands or eating out together, looking at each other’s eyes, uncaring of other people around them. Those are heartwarming gestures for me. They’re oldies but they seem to have not run out of love and affection for their partners. Like the photo above taken while I was enjoying the cool breeze waiting for a friend. The couple was taking a selfie with the carp streamers using a selfie stick. Aren’t they cute?

We have been married 48 years and we always walk hand in hand. Love does not fad only because you age.

@sol_cee It is a very long time and we are surprised when people look at us and say "you look so beautiful together".

We dress using coordinate colors.

I like it too, this elderly couple on my block takes walks together and holds hands, he really adores his wife., I love seeing couples, still in love that is a great picture, love it.

I have always enjoyed looking at old couples and how sweet they are to each other. It makes me wish to have the same when I grow old.

It is cute seeing people expressing their love for each other! Some people don't like PDA (public displays of affection), but I think it's a wonderful thing.

They are cute. I was chatting with someone the other day and found out that he has been married for 47 years. There is an elderly couple that walks by my place once in awhile and they have been married for 53 years. Yes they hold hands while they are walking.

@sol_cee I am sure they have or still do but somehow they put the work in to keep together. Marriage is not easy and it is work to make sure things run smoothly.

When you see examples of that love that is timeless it is always nice to see. I think my wife and I will be like this. I don't see either of us going anywhere anytime soon.
