Earlier I posted about protein helping with many problems so I tried it out, and it works! I woke way to early and did fix breakfast, eggs. I went back to bed and slept like a baby! Later Gators, gotta go to work.

I actually found that out too, not with just protein but vitamins and nutrients I can sleep through anything but falling asleep is hard for me. I get the right intake will be asleep in 5 seconds.

@andriaperry Must be great I can sometimes other times I am yelling at the world, let me sleep already. Good thing once I am out good luck waking me up. If do stand back because I will fight, poor little Brooklyn learned hard way but she is such a smart dog just rubs her nose on hand or back top of head and I gently wake up with a smile come on up miss lady.

Sure, eat 49 grams or more of protein rich foods per day.

Eggs are meant to be eaten in the mornings. Did not know eggs help one sleep.

The owner of my gym always advocates for us getting enough protein. I had hard boiled eggs for lunch and am having soup with chicken in it for dinner.
