Very Little Online Time Today

It is past bedtime. I have showered and I am headed to bed. I worked four hours then ran home. Hubby had a procedure at the VA--about an hour and a half drive from here.
So, this investigative procedure, for those who like to speak medical it is called a flexible cystoscopy, told us a couple of things.
Bob is forming bladder stones. That is at least half the issue. Bob also needs a little more work on his prostate. He will be in the hospital as much as four days.
Man, I thought we were all done, but I guess not.
Glad to know more though.

First, Happy Belated Birthday. I believe your Birthday was yesterday?
Secondly, I hope all goes well with his procedures and any future ones. I have a cousin who just went through surgery where they shaved part of his hip bone off.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I will take him and take a half day off. He will stay in the hospital for a few days. I am splitting my para time between two class rooms.

@GardenGerty Ah, I had several notifications of Birthdays. An old friend was born on August 11th and my brother in law was as well. Will his surgery interfere with your job as a para? Or are you not doing that anymore?

Hope things go smoothly and well for you and your family! Guess you'll be having dinner with your husband too since the drive is very far. It's a usual day for me going to the library for their internet computers to save money. Shopping next for sale items. Take care and hoping for good news!

@sallypup The work that was done the last time really helped, but there was so much swelling in the area that the doctor could not see if more needed to be done.

Are bladder stones the same as kidney stones ?

I am not sure. They can be made of lots of stuff and be caused by various things. These may be soft, and are probably fairly new, caused by his bladder not emptying completely.
