Good Morning - Health Report - Day 49

It's been a good morning so far. I went swimming but didn't go into the fitness center. It was good that I got to the pool to swim. My right knee is bad today. I almost fell when I got up this morning as it went out on me. I caught myself on the bed preventing a fall.
I spent a little longer in the whirlpool/hot tub than usual. It helped but still painful. My guess is there is another system rolling through. From the look of the clouds, it looks like rain, though the meteorologist said it would be spotty. We might not get anything.
Yesterday was a much better day at the pool, though I didn't have time for the fitness center yesterday either as I needed to get ready to get to the hospital. However, before I left the pool someone blessed me with a brand new swimsuit. The tags were still on it. It fits perfect and I wore it today.
So, here are yesterday's numbers:
Calories: 1153
Sugar: 28.64
Carbs: 121.24
Protein: 66.3
Sodium: 785
Fat: 40.8
Calories burned: 569
Total Calories: 584

oh, ms. valerie ~ i truly empathize with ya. so glad ya were able to catch yerself 's a fall might'a been most detrimental. i'm prone to gettin' out'ta bed 'n crashin' to the floor via the back 'f the door. lots 'f bruises, but thus far nothin' seriously 'njured but my pride.
i'm glad ya jest stuck with the pool 'n then took that 'xtra time'n the whirlpool. i've fingers crossed 'tis jest arthur callin' 'n y'ave not damaged yer knee more from o'erexertion.
hopefully that weather system'll be out'ta there quickly.

I think the numbers were good as well! And that's great about the swimming suit, very nice of them :)
I haven't been sticking to my food plan, I need to get back on it though, 100%.

And thank you too, I sure hope I can...next week I am going to just eat things that are very simple and I know I like, and that are low carb.
