Lol. In all seriousness though - tonight I will take over my first radio show at the college station . I've done it in part a few times and in whole once - but this time I will be all by myself. I'm starting to think this is a crazy idea.
But I'm sure I will have fun and all will be well just like most things that I get myself in to.

Thanks! Oh I just mean that the local college runs the station. It is available for college students, and the community to take the training and learn how to have your own show :-)

congratulations! how long will it be - 30 minutes? 1 hour? do you get to choose what songs you play or there's a set to choose from?

Thanks! It's a 4 hour show. Sounds like a lot but the time does fly by. That is a good question. There are both types of shows on KVSC - "Specialty" where the DJ gets to choose everything and "Rotation" where the music is already chosen - much easier. Mine is a rotation show, though we can select certain songs of our own choosing

That is so cool! I would have been really nervous. Do you follow any kind of script or wing it? Is it a type of talk radio or do you play music? Enjoy!
