Mmmm Beetroot Smoothie...

yep ... I love beetroot... and beetroot juice too..., you know when you've finished your salad, and the juices from all your ingredients are collected at the bottom of your bowl or on your plate... well I love it....
So when I saw this flavour combination, I thought I have to try that..., so I did and... it was very nice, just the right balance of earthyness and sweetness..., well for me anyway as I do not have a very sweet tooth...
I do not drink very many smoothies..., but I will definitely have another of those... lol

I know exactly what you mean when you say the juices are at the bottom of your plate (especially salad). I do like beets but never heard of a beetroot smoothie. Sounds interesting and glad you enjoyed it.

I like to make my own smoothies with greek yogurt and whatever else I have like spinach and raspberries and banana etc.

fantastic that'cha found one that'cha like :) sure sounds like somethin' i'd 'njoy, too. now i reckon i'll need to find me a recipe fer such, lol.
i've 't least 3 smoothies 'f some sorts e'ery day. 'tis the 'nly way i can get the nutrients i need 't seems.

@sueznewz2 i was lookin' 't such'n the wee hours 'f morn. found some that use frozen cauliflower/'r zucchini to lower the sugar content. thought such purty fascinatin'. i'd not thought 'f usin' such.

I would suspect that beetroot juice would be really healthy--I love beets! But I have never tried them in juice form
