Three day weekend coming up

I realized that a year ago this week I was on vacation in South Dakota and I really miss being on that vacation. My youngest son and I went there just to site see and get away from home.
We really enjoyed the road trip and had a lot of laughs along the way. We didn't get out on vacation this year but hopefully it will work out for next year.
Summer is coming to a close soon and most of the kids are back to school. I don't know if I can say I am really looking forward to winter and snow but I am glad that the hot humid days are coming to an end.
It's Thursday and I really wish it was Friday, I am looking forward to the 3 day weekend. I have Monday off for the Labor Day holiday and I am really looking forward to having the extra day off. Do you have a 3 day weekend?

Enjoy your long weekend. I remember those days and how special a 3 day weekend was. Now I'm retired and enjoy not having to set that alarm every morning.
