Good morning, it's Wednesday and this is the halfway mark of my work week. I don't have any plans for the weekend but always looking forward to the week being over.
So last night I got home and decided to find something to watch. I found this show called "The Mule". It's about this older man (Clint Eastwood) who finds his way to delivering drugs for the cartel to make some much needed money. He ends up doing more than the one run he first planned to do. While the DEA agents (Bradley Cooper and Michael Pena) try to close in on him.
The story is loosely based on the real life Leo Sharp, the 87 year old who was arrested in 2011 for drug trafficking.
It was a good movie, there is some violence and language but not to bad for a drug related movie. If you have time you might want to check this out. I'm a big fan of movies that are based on real events so this was very enjoyable.
I watched it on HBO Go but Its also on Itune store and Vudu, you might be able to find it on other services too, I'm not sure.

I haven't seen this Clint movie yet but plan to even though people seem to be mixed on whether it was good. As you said it seems like an interesting storyline.

Yea, I usually ignore the reviews and give a movie a chance if it sounds somewhat interesting to me. I have found a lot of times I do not agree with the reviews. There are movies they rave about and I can't stand the movie and there are times that they say a movie is not that good and I think it is really good.

We watched it, but were disappointed. I love Clint Eastwood, but I think it's time he stayed behind the cameras.
