There seems to be a whole flock of them in Nashville, Milwaukee and a number of other places. It's an ingenious device but I don't think I could drink and pedal. It looks as though the barman also has to do the driving, so what happens if the contraption goes over a bump and spills my drink? And couldn't the police run everyone in for being 'Drunk in Charge'?
Adapt it, however, to be a school bus and I think you may be on to something - homework while you pedal!

@DocAndersen — at least you can drive closer to the speed limit here. I always like leaving Nashville so I can slow down under 80.

I didn't realize that the patrons pedaled the drink cart. I'd be afraid I'd fall off the stool! Not that I drink anymore anyway.
