I love what I find when I clean the freezer

You may remember that a while back I had to defrost my freezer on my fridge. I found treasures when I did that.
I know some do not like leftovers, but we do. Especially when they have been frozen and so we have not had it in a while.
Tonight I had southwest pulled pork for our entree. It was only a small freezer box full, but we both ate all we wanted tonight, and we each can have it tomorrow for lunch.
We have eaten, put the food away, and I have done up the dishes.
Hubby is bowling.
It is all very good.

@GardenGerty I only have a fridge and not a separate freezer. It is good to stash away some food for future consumption.

don't'cha love findin' those? if'n i don't tell the hubs they'd be lefto'ers, he's fine with 'em. otherwise, he'll not e'en taste. really frustrates me to no end.
