Ready To Start The Day

Happy Tuesday Everyone! it's blue skies and sunshine here today 
I really wanted to stay in bed this morning and just enjoy the silence. But, as nice as it would have been there are things that need to be done....
like having coffee!!!
So, I got up, showered, dressed, made the bed, put on some laundry and now the coffee is brewing.
I'm ready for my first cup.
Once that's done I'll take the dogs out and if it's nice enough we might sit outside for a little while.
Until I have my coffee I can't think about what I'm going to do today.

Your phrase, put on the laundry, has me chuckling. I know what you mean, but it also brings to mind wearing the laundry.
I hope you have a wonderful day today. We're having warm temps all this week. Summer's last hurrah, I hope.
