Prayer Answered, I Got The Call

I usually keep a list of people that has called asking for a house, I usually go to this list before putting for rent signs out and I haven`t yet because its not ready to show.
I always ask other good tenants of they know anyone looking for a house as well.
I just got a phone call from someone I have rented to before, twice, while she isn`t the cleanest, the couple works and they pay on time. I rented the house. Yes, she has lived in this one before.
So my prayer for a good tenant was answered.
God is good.

Well that was lucky for you. A good tenant is often hard to find. That is why so many good apartments are high priced in our area. They hope that the tenant that can afford a pricier place will be a better tenant. Unfortunately that isn't always the case.

Yes because I have had some of their record ran and thy have warrants, or are listed as sheriff had to set them out etc. That is why I do applications now, to do checks.
