Happy Thursday and Health Report - Day 92

I think I know why I woke up hungry this morning. I only had two meals yesterday. I had a late breakfast, so had a late supper as well. Today is going well. I've gotten through two days of notifications, so almost caught up. Though, I still have over 200 but not for long. I think Social Services is going to have a bit of a chuckle over the paperwork I dropped off to them for my foodshare six-month report. I had printed up a picture of Pikachu to take with me to rock painting and accidentally stapled it to the paperwork for Social Services. I didn't see the paper when I got home, which should have been on the desk because I forgot to take it with me for rock painting. I didn't stay at rock painting because my friend had surgery, and with my back hurting, and a lot to do here, I wanted to get home and get as much done as I could before tonight's football game against the Philadelphia Eagles. We're hoping for another win. It would be good to keep our winning streak going and see ourselves in the playoffs for the first time in three years. We missed the last two years in the playoffs. So, I know Packers fans everywhere are hoping to see the team go to the playoffs once again. It's still early season though and anything can happen. So, yesterday's numbers are on the low side, but I did manage to get my sodium within an acceptable level. I knew that would be low if I didn't add a little mayo to my flounder and potato for my second and last meal of the day. So, here are my numbers for yesterday. Calories: 800 Sugar: 27 Carbs: 99 Protein: 38.3 Sodium: 541 Fat: 28.9 Calories burned: Swimming - 388 Walking - one hour - 348 Total burned - 736 Total calories - 64 As you can see it was a light eating day yesterday. It's going to be light again today and most likely until I get paid next Thursday. It's ration time again. At least I have enough to get through to next week and my son pays me back tomorrow, which will help. I'll get one more bag of potatoes and one more box of eggs and I'll easily make it to next Thursday. I don't need anything else right now. yepperz, that'd be the reason fer certain! 'lways causes me sadness that'cha struggle e'ery month, hon. so many're walkin' there'n yer shoes. i so hope yer son does repay ya all the funds owed. i hope seein' that pic brought a smile to their hearts :) kinda worried 'bout that back, hon. 'tis been naggin' fer quite sometime. so hope ya get 't worked out.

My back is good this morning. I just need to remember I'm not as young as I used to be and can't put my body through as much as I did back then. He doesn't owe me a lot, but it will really help. I'm sure it did make them smile.

I don't get much foodshare, which is what it's called. My food mostly comes out of my Social Security check the third of the month. What they give me for foodshare doesn't amount to more than a couple of items a month so I usually wait to the end of the month to use it. At this time of the month, I'm low on funds in my checking account so I need to be careful what I spend.

@kobesbuddy I am. I know I won't be going to the pool tomorrow unless I go later in the day as I will be up late for the game tonight. That will give me a few days for my back to rest up.

When I am out and busy running around, I usually have one big meal. Not healthy but it was the best I could do. Have a great day.

Well hopefully they enjoy the picture with what you sent them :) Sounds like good numbers even though low! My numbers yesterday were probably high. Haven't calculated today's yet.
