Question of the Day- To Drive or Not?

Do you like to drive or prefer someone else drive instead of you? What are your reasons for choosing one or the other?
For me, I never really cared if I was the driver or passenger. Actually, I preferred being the passenger especially when there was traffic. I hated driving in stop and go traffic. To me driving was never something I really enjoyed. It was just a way to get from one place to another.
How about you?

@dgobucks226 Not a problem at all here in Europe, I think it would be in your country. We have bus, subway, trains that go to every village and town, I really do not need a car.

That seems logical and provides you with a good reason to relax and take a break from driving

@dgobucks226 That's true. I can only blame myself. I get lost easily.

I see your point... And you don't have to blame someone else when you get lost, lol.

I prefer to use my scooter. It depends on how the driver drives would I want to be a passenger in someone's car.

It's nice not to have to rely on others to drive you to places. It makes you more independent!

I don't drive at all, never have except to practice. I freeze when I get behind the wheel and no matter how much practice I have had-the same results happen. So, my husband drives everywhere we need to go. =)

Are you afraid you might be involved in an accident driving?

@dgobucks226 I'm not afraid to die since I know where I'm going but I am afraid to hurt others...including my own passengers I guess.

I've never enjoyed driving, but living in the country means I must. I actually didn't even get my first drivers license until my son was 3!

Yes I understand. For many having a car to go from place to place is necessary.

I see what you mean. I am always a bit nervous when driving in a strange city myself. I hate getting lost. And drivers who cut in and out of lanes I find aggravating.
