Here is What I Think I Know!

I think I know I am still confused. I believe the goal is to get responses and have discussions about the discussion you put on here. I am not sure how you "attract" people to your discussions. (Simply commenting on theirs doesn't seem to be the key.)
I would suppose it could be interesting discussions and it's hard to know what others find interesting here. It seems fairly random. I am stubborn so I will keep trying.
I am looking for some board games to take with us on our travels. When the whole extended family goes it's from 89 to new born! Do you have any suggestions for board games?
There is no service for technology where we are going.

The best approach is just do what you feel and never obsess over earnings. The idea is to have fun, be entertained and learn about other people.

For board games how about backgammon, or checkers. For the site: just don't worry about numbers. Just make friends and learn about other people.

Just connect with other people I think. Makes friends with them. The people who gives you comments give it back until "you have a give and take" relationship...

Over the years various people have said that the discussions that get the best results either talk about food, or "how to make money" or "the secret of myLot". You also can pick a controversial topic and post it just to make people mad. I have not been seeing you, so we must be here at different times of day. I think we all like to hear about each other's lives. I saw some of your discussions I want to investigate more.

Yatzee is one of my favorite games. It's almost like playing poker.
You're doing fine, it take a while for people to get to know you but I think you're on the right track.
Just keep commenting on the responses you get on the discussions you write, it really doesn't matter what the subject is as long as you strike up a conversation of sorts.

@Writingghost Yahtzee is a fun dice game. Uno is a card game. There are a hundred games you can play with cards.
