The Concrete Jungle

I beat the rush hour traffic out of the concrete jungle, also known as the medical district on the south side of Birmingham`s downtown, that is always a huge deal.
Today was more tests for Tony, just test so it was not that long of a day.
With dark coming earlier I did not get home in time to walk so no exercise today, I could do the treadmill but its not the same.
Dinner is what is in the fridge plus the grapes Tony asked for and I stopped and bought ( yay! he had not asked for fruit in a long time)
I did exchange the size 12 pants for a 10 Lee rider, button waist, not stretch pants! and they fit perfct, not tight and not loose.

We have been on a trip for most of the past week, so it was very nice to get home and get caught up again. The older I get, the more I enjoy my time at home!

Yes the Concrete jungles are overpowering everywhere around us. And some places have less trees and look so dull and get so hot during summers.

Very tiring and frustrating and I want to kick something or someone but there is only me, I am going to finish up here and then watch a movie so I can unwind. At Publix or perhaps some other supermarket really tasty grapes and without seeds are Cotton candy grapes.

My day was good since the cold weather arrived this morning which made sleep an extra hour with some pain in the legs area but now I feel better.
