I pretty much ate nothing today

and I'm not happy about that. I didn't get back to the apartment until about 11 am after the gym, the car dealership, and grocery shopping. It was too late for eggs. Unfortunately I didn't have anything on hand for an easy lunch and I was waiting to see if my ex was going to want to go out. Then the ex came over and we hung out for a few hours. I had like half a cup of Trader Joe's Pumpkin Bisque after that visit. I also just had a slice of deli cheddar cheese. My weight won't go down tomorrow despite the great workout this morning and the few calories that I've ingested. The body is too smart to be tricked like that.

You could have had those eggs. Eggs are good any time of the day. As for you and your ex, it's sort of like you guys are kind of dating.

Anytime is the right time for eggs. You could have had the eggs! You should have had your ex take you out! Have a great Sunday.

I didn't have much either but some pickled beets!! I'm getting ready to microwave beef and noodles and rice pudding for dessert!!

Yeah, losing weight actually requires eating. You have to have energy to work out. Some days are like that though. Get so busy, have no time to eat. I hate those days and I always need every calorie I can get. Get some food into you.

Yeah I get it. I work out super hard only to waste it by eating food not on time. Human body is complicated
