This picture is before it went into the oven.
But it is basically pork chops which I slathered with some hoisin sauce, then seasoned with some No Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and some no salt seasoning blend I got from the Dollar Tree which is actually pretty good.
I took some asparagus and cut off the tops and put about 4 pieces on top of each chop. Then layered on some onions. I then put on half slices of bacon, 3 per chop.
I preheat the oven to 360 degrees and put just a little more garlic powder and pepper over the bacon, then poured just a very small amount of pickle juice to coat and put a small amount on the bottom of the baking dish.
I cut up the rest of the asparagus into smaller chunks and kept some onion. I will chop up some celery and make a little vegetable medley in the wok with a little more bacon and some other seasoning.
I have some Lewis Bakery Texas Toast bread and will put that into the toaster, slather it with butter and sprinkle on some garlic powder to make garlic bread out of it.
It should be good. I will bake the pork chops for about 45 minutes to an hour.
What's for dinner tonight for you?

OMG! Pork chop, high blood pressure, bacon, high blood pressure. Why would you skip salt
I made Tony potato soup and I had left over vegetable soup
Now did I mention.... I have lost 12 pounds and my blood pressure is back to normal, and the blood sugar is a lot better. But I did not eat bacon or pork chops.

Sounds interesting. I had a sloppy joe with a little bit of potato salad.

We went to a family birthday party, I had salad and pizza and a small piece of birthday cake. Those pork chops sound pretty awesome.

To get myself to eat I have to get in the mood for something. So for the first time, I tried Wolff's Chili with Beans and topped it with some scrambled eggs don't ask why just seemed good to me and had a bowl and that was it.

Does your wife enjoy your culinary creations? For lunch/dinner I cooked chopped beef steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, fried okra, fried cornbread and lemonade.

Sounds sooooo delicious! Pickle juice to bake your chops with? I'm going to have pizza, doctored up with more cheese and pepperoni and some chips. Going to wash it down with my favorite American Ice Sparkling Water, blackberry flavor.

That sounds really delicious. It is only 1 PM here and I don't know the food I'll be preparing for dinner yet
