Daniel is going to be out all evening. He took a shower and washes his clothes and now he is going to see what is happening in the world out and also he´ll go see his father who had his birthday a few days ago.
So I discovered a couple of artichokes in the fridge and while they were cooking I made the best mayo I have made in ages. Just the right combination of everything plus some olive oil with garlic I have in a jar in the refrigerator.. I just ate one, served a small glass of chicha for me ( Leticia better come to work soon if she wants some) and now I´m happily mylotting.
I love artichokes. Some time ago, when I had more patience to cook, I made some delicious artichoke quiches.
Do you like artichokes?

@MALUSE We do. I used to cook several dishes with them. But now I am lazy so I just cook them in hot water and eat them with a homemade mayo. Today I made garlic mayo.

@marguicha No, I only discard the external leaves, but I buy the artichokes with thorns, not those big without thorns.

Glad you enjoyed it.
I have never tried them. I am sure I have not seen them in any of the stores here.

I don't mind them. We don't have them often, normally only when they are mixed into something but I think they are nice when they are mixed into whatever.
