It Snowed Last Night! :-( 11/2/19

We had a Winter Weather Advisory for the S**w Belt counties inland last night. They predicted 3-5" (7.62 cm to 12.7 cm). Since we are only 2 miles from the warm Lake Erie, we didn't expect to get any s**w; but there was a coating on the ground last night. It melted this morning; so that made me happy!
Today (Sunday) it's just chilly; and the sun is out finally after several days of gloomy weather.
Just watching football and MyLotting. The Cleveland Browns are starting any minute now. They are playing a team that has pretty much the same record they have; so it will be interesting to see who wins.
I hope one day they approve Daylight Savings Time year 'round for the whole country. I HATE that it gets dark so early.

at my age the savings time don't matter any more. Just when I used to work. We don't have snow here which is sad. Not much difference in seasons.

@LindaOHio and enjoy the wet humid weather and the hurricanes and thunder storms year around ? Only people that enjoy it is ones that can afford to go back and forth depending on the weather. here in winter there in summer and I am just giving you a heads up.

@bunnybon7 We know about the disadvantages...but we love the Keys so much. The cost has become prohibitive to buy in the Keys; but we were thinking about somewhere between Homestead and Miami.

I have lived in Arizona my entire life and think that DST is just silly because we don't do it! There is no point for it anymore and it just causes more problems than anything else.

I think winter is really coming in early this year.

Sorry that you did get some snow, but glad it melted! I hate that it gets dark so early too....I wish it would not have to fall back anymore!

Right now It's 2:46 Pm and it's already getting dark! haha maybe because it's cloudy but we got no sun at all
