Wednesday, Another Sunny Day

Good morning everyone! I woke up to another sunny day today. It's only 58 degrees, so in just a matter of an hour or so we should be in the 70's.
I would love to stay home and work in the yard today, but we have to run to Baton Rouge and pick up a couple of refills of my mom's medicine. I'll run by our house there and check on things and depending on the time we may run by my daughter's house to see the grandkids.
My daughter gets off early today so this should work out fine. I haven't seen the kids since they were here several Saturdays ago. Tomorrow is my grandson's first birthday! I need to shower him with hugs and kisses. They decided against a big birthday party so I'm not sure how or when we will celebrate this milestone.
I also have to go to the drug store here to get hubby's medicine that he forgot to call in yesterday and go mail an Ebay package at the post office.
I would love to spend some time outside today, but I don't think that will happen.

How exciting that your grandson is celebrating his first birthday! I'm sure he will love all the hugs and kisses from grandma.
It's too cold here today to be outside but I am running to Aldi to pick up a few things. Not exciting by any means

We had a rainy day yesterday but today it is 'tourist weather'---sunny, warm (well it has gone 'down' into the 80s for a high!--with low humidity and a breeze! Love it!
Just going to relax and enjoy what the world has given me!

kind'a odd, no big party fer the wee'un. then 'gain, he'll not remember when he gets older anyhow i reckon. hope yer rat killin' went well 'n ya got to spend some time with those grands. 've not seen mine since july....
spent the morn out, 'twas a beaut. no idea 'f the temp, i fear checkin' that these days. we've now'n eerie pale gray sky 'n the winds 've picked'p 'nother notch.
i ne'er plan, such 'lways leads to disappointment.

@crazyhorseladycx Shoot or the weather in general anymore. We are dipping to 20 degrees tomorrow night. We never have hard freezes like that until Jan and Feb. I hope that isn't an omen for the winter. Good grief!

@kareng that's wonderful! no bad weather, jest a bit 'f wind 'n a wee bit 'f rainfall a couple times. glad fer the rain, much needed. not too thrilled to find the hubs's still not fixed the ceilin' leak. my recliner got 'washed' yet 'gain. sigh...
hope yers's not bad either, hon. i know down south 'f lubbock, tx they'd some purty good storms today. nothin' too serious thankfully. ya jest ne'er know with tornadoes 'n hail these days.
